What is included with registration?
Conference registration includes access to all Thursday, Friday, and Saturday educational sessions, including lectures, panels, case-based discussions, and presenter access throughout the event. Final details on meals, receptions, CE, and included evening programming will be confirmed as the program is finalized.
Can I attend Friday night only?
Friday night tickets are reserved for conference attendees and their guests.
What is the content structure?
Lectures, panels, case presentations, and interdisciplinary discussion.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations received before the published deadline may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable processing fee. Cancellations received after the deadline may not be refundable, but registration transfers may be considered when requested in advance. Final cancellation and refund terms will be posted with registration details.

What are the hotel and venue logistics?
